In city accommodations , check-in is available from 3 p.m. to midnight. The Check-out must be done by 10:00 am.

Yes, it is possible but they are subject to availability and involve an additional cost. We therefore recommend booking them in advance.

If you prefer, you can request in-person check-in at least 48 hours in advance: a member of our team will welcome you in person between 3 and 8 pm.
In the Villas we manage, however, check-in is by presence only.
You will need to complete Online Check-in through the link you received by email. In the form you will need to:
- Provide master data of guests
- Signing the lease agreement
- Pay tourist tax if applicable
You will also be able to indicate arrival and departure times, add services to your reservation, and choose your desired bed configuration.

The reporting is monthly:
