We are tHE – True Home Experience, a boutique property management company that selects, enhances and manages apartments, villas and vacation homes dedicated to the tourist and short- and medium-term rental market.

We offer more than unique spaces: we welcome people to make them feel truly at home, even far from home.

We are looking for a Property Operations Assistant ready to support the day-to-day activities related to hospitality and help provide our guests with a True Home Experience.

🎯What are you going to do:

  • Perform quality checks on the apartments, verifying that each space meets the aesthetic and functional standards required to ensure a flawless experience for guests.
  • Coordinate and supervise routine and specialized maintenance work, monitoring the timing, manner of execution, and quality of work.
  • Manage minor household repairs independently, promptly resolving any technical problems or malfunctions.
  • Monitor and update the inventory of the central warehouse and apartments, periodically checking the status of supplies.
  • Take care of the distribution of consumables, ensuring that each apartment is always properly stocked for new check-ins.
  • Provide timely assistance to guests in case of unforeseen events, technical problems or minor emergencies during their stay.

💡Requirements:

  • Strong practical sense and knowledge of small residential maintenance.
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Domicile in Milan and quick movement in the city of Milan (scooter or bicycle)
  • Basic knowledge of English language
  • Coming from the tourism industry is a plus.

  • Ad creation and ad optimization on OTAs
  • Using PMS software (e.g., Kross Booking) and revenue management (e.g., Pricelabs)
  • Acquisition of new properties under management, preparation and activation
  • Mandate contracts with landlords and lease agreements with guests
  • Quality check of apartments
  • Communication and support to guests (check-in, unexpected events)
  • AI Chatbot Training
  • Vendor coordination: housekeeping and maintenance
  • Warehouse management
